2nd stage

Currently we have 40% of apartments sold!

New building of the Veselská Residence 2^nd stage will be carried out as two separate buildings with underground garage halls. There will be 214 apartments in total there mainly of small categories in energy efficiency class B. Modern appearance and interesting layout of apartments including balconies, loggias, spacious terraces or front yards will appeal to every client, who prefers modern style of housing.

Apartments 1 room + kitchenette will appeal mainly to young singles or couples, who will appreciate great transport accessibility and sports and culture facilities near their housing. Bigger apartments with dispositions of 3 rooms + kitchenette and 4 rooms + kitchenette are determined for clients, who are interested in modern family housing. Nursery school will be a part of the Veselská Residence 1^st stage.

Cellars belong to the apartments, and are located on underground floors. Garage spaces are located on 2 underground floors.

Construction will be completed in spring of 2018.
