Within the first stage of the project we prepared for you in cooperation with our interior design consultant, Mrs. Ilona Danielová and her suppliers, a model apartment. This apartment was chosen from standard 2 rooms + kitchenette of the area of 65 m2. It is situated on the ground floor of the project directly to the Beranových street with west aspect so that we could show you both the interior possibilities of the apartment furnishings and also technical parameters relating for example to the energy performance of the building etc. You can visit and view the model apartment personally after telephonic agreement with our interior design consultant.

Expected term of final acceptance is autumn of this year, regardless this fact we have already 80% of apartments sold! However if you are interested in buying of the new apartment Letňany from us and you cannot find the right one for you, you can look forward to spring, when we will start the second stage of this successful project.

The first stage of the Veselská Residence in Prague – Letňany was started officially. Ceremonial tapping on the foundation stone after completion of the excavation was carried out by Ing. Miroslav Res, member of the Board of Directors of Odien Real Estate a.s., Ing. Jiří Drozd, authorized signatory of Rezidence Veselská s.r.o., general director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of IMOS Brno, a.s., Ing. Robert Suchánek and architect of the project from STRAET architects Ing. arch. Diana Hocková.
