3rd stage

New building of the Veselská Residence 3rd stage will be carried out as two separate buildings with underground and overground garage halls. There will be 175 apartments in total there  of all categories in energy efficiency class B. Modern appearance and interesting layout of apartments including balconies, loggias, spacious terraces or front yards will appeal to every client, who prefers modern style of housing.

Nursery school will be a part of the Veselská Residence 1ststage.

Cellars belong to the apartments, and are located on underground floors. Garage spaces are located on 2 underground floors and 1 overground floor.

Construction will be completed in spring of 2020.
