Letňany are becoming a preferred housing locality. In last years this part of Prague have been developing rapidly, residents of this locality can find here combination of open-air, amenities and also great accessibility not only to the center of Prague.

Near and in the immediate neighborhood of the Veselská Residence one can find many elementary and nursery schools, secondary school of media graphics and printing, and Czeck-English international nursery school Pink Crocodille School.
