Within the project of the Veselská Residence we have prepared for you in cooperation with our mortgage bank possibility to finance the kitchen unit within the apartment mortgage. If you are interested in this project, arrange a meeting with our mortgage consultant, who will help you to calculate instalments concerning the apartment and also the kitchen unit before signing of the future purchase agreement.

Financing of the kitchen unit by mortgage in monthly instalments:

2 rooms + kitchenette   –  CZK 110,000  –   CZK 412

3 rooms + kitchenette   –  CZK 140,000   –   CZK 524
